    I recently went into Pawz N Claws Pet Shop & Boutique on Beckwith St, N in Smiths Falls to have my cat’s flea bathed and groomed. Not only did my one cat come home COMPLETELY infested with fleas still, she had an open wound on her stomach. I went into the shop to speak with the owner and he denied grooming my cats at all and then blamed me for the flea infestation and claimed the cat wounded herself during grooming. I was billed for two grooming’s valued at $50 each, since he denied grooming my cats I asked for a refund. He then quickly changed his story and said the $50 charge per cat was a standard base price. He was very unprofessional when dealing with this situation. My suggestion, if you need any pet grooming go to a certificated, professional location which takes responsibility for their actions & values their customers.
